The Virginia State Water Control Board has set Dec. 11 & 12 as the meeting dates to consider the Section 401 water quality certification for the proposed Atlantic Coast Pipeline.
If you made oral or written comments to DEQ during the public comment period, you will have an opportunity to sign up to speak to the board under the board's policy for public participation (sign-up in the morning).
