We have been giving Flipper Force lot's of love ♥ in February and have pushed up several platform improvements and new functionality to improve your user experience and platform usability!

New Project Duplication

We just launched new functionality so you can duplicate entire projects in a matter of seconds!


Copying Master Templates

Project Duplication will be useful for creating copyable 'Master Templates' that have all of your common project analysis settings, estimate data, tasks, etc pre-populated that you can use to copy and re-create an entire project in seconds!


Running Multiple Analysis Scenarios

Another valuable use of the new project duplication functionality is to run multiple analysis scenarios.  So for example, you could run a baseline flip analysis for a property, then duplicate the project and run a 'worst case scenario' or a 'best case scenario' option without needing to completely re-enter all of the property data and information!

Multi-Document Drag-and-Drop

We also added in new functionality that allows you to upload multiple documents, images & files all at once, instead of uploading each file, one at a time 😫

Platform Enhancements

We are currently going through a big list of miscellaneous platform enhancements to improve the functionality and user experience of our existing tools and features. Here are a few things we launched so far:


  • Project Dashboard UI enhancements w/ new project images, project duplication & delete functionality

  • New mobile sidebar menu

  • New Google Street view option on Property Details page

  • Simplified process to change main property image

  • Added Delete Project warning prompt

  • Cleaned up browser printer settings

Once we get done with our Miscellaneous Enhancements List we will be revamping our Expense Tracker & adding in new functionality to import/export expenses as well upload receipt images.


Otherwise, we have an aggressive pipeline of new tools we are building in the first half of 2020 that we are excited to build for you!
