Notice of Proposed Rule Making (SATVOICE)

The New Zealand CAA are proposing NPRM 25-04 Part 91 Rule Amendments.

This proposal is to allow foreign registered aircraft to use SATVOICE.

However, New Zealand aircraft will still need to apply for an exemption to use SATVOICE due to restraints in Part 91, Appendix 9.
