Flightcell wishes to advise of upcoming price adjustments that will take effect on 01 November 2026. Price adjustments span several products, including Flightcell DZMX, DZMx Remote Head, DZMx PLUS, Controller, SVS, Satphone Cradle, Iridium modem, selected extended warranties, and antennas. These adjustments reflect rising component costs and longer lead times, with higher minimum quantities.

The following price changes, effective from 01 November 2026, include:

1. Flightcell DZMx (DZP_04)

• All DZP_04 variants are to increase by USD 1,000. The average price increase across all variants is 5.4%.

2. Flightcell DZMx PLUS (DZP_07)

• All DZP_07 variants are to increase by USD1,000. The average price increase across all variants is 4.7%.
  
  

For all price changes, please refer to the updated price list. Pricing is unchanged for Flightcell SmartHUB and selected extended warranties and antennas.

Please take note of the following:

• All currently quoted prices will be honored until the expiry date of the quote.

• New quotes until 31 October 2026 at existing pricing (extended quotes from 01 November 2026 will be at the new pricing).

• Purchase orders must be placed before quote expiry for quotes that extend beyond 01 November 2026.

• All re-quotes and quote extensions will be at the new prices.

• Purchase orders already in the system for delivery on/before 28 February 2027 will be honored at current pricing.

• Purchase orders placed before 01 November 2026 and shipped before 28 February 2027 will be at current pricing.
