Flightcell wishes to advise of upcoming price adjustments that will take effect on 01 December 2025. Price adjustments to Flightcell DZMx and Flightcell SmartHUB reflect rising component costs, increased lead times, and higher minimum quantities.

The following price changes, effective from 01 December 2025, include:

1. Flightcell DZMx (DZP_04)

• All DZP_04 variants are to increase by USD1,000. The average price increase across all variants is 5.7%.

2. Flightcell SmartHUB (SHP_01 and CAP_01)

• Both SHP_01 and CAP_01 are to increase by USD500. The price increases are 6.7% and 50% respectively.

Pricing is unchanged for all other Flightcell products, including Flightcell DZMx PLUS, Flightcell Remote Head, Flightcell SVS, and all extended warranty options.

Please take note of the following:

• All currently quoted prices will be honored until the expiry date of the quote.

• Purchase orders already in the system for delivery on/before 31 March 2026 will be honored at current pricing.

• Purchase orders placed before 01 December 2025 and shipped before 31 March 2026 will be at current pricing.
