Aimlessness is a vice.

That's because it's easier to go through the motions than it is to have a purpose.

When you have a purpose, there's going to be a lot of unanswered questions. And they'll carry weight...usually too much for the average person to carry through daily life.

It's much easier to get drunk on the "God formula," and convince yourself that it's all going to be taken care of...And that's where failure starts.

We adjust to new conditions and discoveries. We are pliable. Love need not be a command nor faith a dictum. I am my own god. We are here to unlearn the teachings of the church, state, and our educational system. We are here to drink beer. We are here to kill war. We are here to laugh at the odds and live our lives so well that Death will tremble to take us.”
