Leaning oversized mirrors and artwork against the wall has become one of today's biggest decorating trends.

But just because it looks beautiful doesn't mean it's a good idea.

As both someone with a background in architecture, and a Feng Shui consultant, I always ask one question: Does this make the home function better?

In my latest blog article, I explain why one of these you should never lean against a wall, when it's perfectly fine to lean the other, and how this simple decorating choice can affect both the beauty and upkeep of your home.
