🏠 Doing Feng Shui the Right Way

Dear Friend,

There is a lot of bad Feng Shui advice out there. And with the advent of AI, there is even more of it

One particularly bad idea that has spread in the Feng Shui world is that you can somehow control what happens to your appliances — or even the performance of your roof — by simply keeping your vibration high.

That is not how life works.

Even with the best Feng Shui and the best energy, things still can break. Appliances stop working. Roofs leak. Things happen.

Luck is not about not having anything inconvenient from ever happening around you. Luck is about being able to handle those situations when they do happen. To learn more about how this works continue reading here.

Another wrong approach that has become common in the Feng Shui world is the advice to keep only things in your home that bring you joy and discard everything else.

This advice is wrong for two reasons.

First, there are many things a household needs that don't bring anyone much joy — like trash cans, screwdrivers, plungers, and cleaning supplies. That doesn't mean you should throw them out.

Second, people can become emotionally attached to things they really should let go of simply because those things are associated with good memories. Read a story about this here

And then there is another misconception about Feng Shui: that you can only do it properly if you are wealthy. Or that you have to sacrifice your personal taste to create a home you can be proud of.

Neither is true.

Good Feng Shui doesn't require a big budget, and it doesn't require you to give up the things you love. In fact, your home doesn't even have to be elegant to have good Feng Shui. Read about that here

With vibrant Chi,

Moni
