1 Online Assignments
All summer program participants must submit their online assignments by Friday, July 22nd. Your online assignments count for a significant part of your stipend, so be sure to submit them before the deadline. Failure to submit them will have an impact on the amount you receive. |

2 Midterm Reports
Midterm reports have been mailed to summer program participants with grades tallied as of July 11th. If you have any questions about your grade, please contact your Outreach Specialist to get more details. |

3 Signed Stipend & Work Study Acknowledgement Form
This form was due by July 14th. Stipend and/or Work Study checks will not be released until the form has been turned in. If you have not done so, please email your signed form today to: fceainc1@familycentered.org. If you still need a form, please call our office (708-210-1771) to request one. |

Important Reminders for All Upward Bound Summer Program Participants
To receive a stipend, students are required to attend all scheduled days of the summer program, participate in activities, and complete the online assignments (including those students that attended the college tour). Also note that satisfactory academic progress, attendance, participation and behavior are determining factors for receiving a stipend. |
