Subject: Tomorrow's Online Fertility Workshop - How to Join in

A couple of weeks ago I sent you an email about this month's online Fertility Workshop and
Support Meeting.
The workshop will be held tomorrow, Saturday December 9th at 8pm, New Zealand time.
Please see my previous email for the equivalent time in other countries.
How do you attend the online meeting?
The meeting will be held on a platform called Zoom. Zoom is a bit like Skype.
It's designed specifically for online meetings between people in different locations and
it's very easy to use.
To attend the meeting, you will first need to download the Zoom software onto your
computer or download the Zoom app to your phone. This should only take a minute or so.
To download Zoom to your computer, just click on the link below.

The Zoom software should download automatically. Once the download is complete,
please just open the file and follow the instructions.
Some systems will require you to add or change your display name at this point. You
can use an anonymous display name if you'd prefer.
If a Meeting ID is required, please use the number 6463756406.
To download the Zoom app onto your phone, please just download the free Zoom
Cloud Meetings app from the Play Store or App Store.
YOUR PRIVACY:
these meetings and just listen in. That's absolutely OK. When you join the online
meeting room, your camera and sound will be turned OFF. Other attendees and
myself, will see your display name only. You can keep your camera and sound off
during the meeting or if you want to participate, you can turn them on whenever
you wish.
