Dear Families,
Are you desiring spiritual encouragement for you and your family, especially with God’s Word as the foundation? At a Family Conference, our main goal is to inspire each attendee to look to the Lord, because apart from Him, we can do nothing!
At this year’s conference, in addition to our engaging general sessions, we are excited to offer afternoon workshops: one for the ladies in attendance, and two for those of all ages—one on missions and one about “heroes in history.” Ladies’ Workshop: The ladies will hear two speakers with two very different stories. One speaker is Norine Brunson. She and her husband were serving on the foreign mission field when her husband was falsely accused and imprisoned. The other speaker, Iris Blue, rebelled at a young age; as a teenager, she was arrested on armed robbery charges and imprisoned. Both ladies will share how God used these events in their lives, to His glory. Come be encouraged by their testimonies!
Missions Workshop: Whether God is calling you to go across the world to a foreign culture or across the street to your unsaved neighbor, we trust you will be inspired and challenged by what it means to take Christ’s joy to the lost. Our conference speakers have a wealth of evangelism, discipleship, and missionary experience. Come gain significant insights for potential mission service. Heroes of History Workshop: In this first-time offered workshop, stirring examples of the lives of believers throughout history will be shared. Men such as William Tyndale, David Livingstone, and John G. Paton met great difficulty in their work, and they relied on Christ and continued with resolute perseverance. Some of the sessions will include special in-costume reenactments. This workshop is sure to be enjoyed by young and old alike.
