Dear Families,

We are preparing for another exciting Family Conference season! Many of you have shared with us that the Family Conferences are a highlight of your year, and we agree! We thoroughly enjoy meeting and spending time with each family that attends a conference.

This year, we are offering a special discount for families who have not attended a Family Conference before. First-time families will have their Conference Registration Fee waived (early registration, $250 per family), so please invite your friends! (Fees still apply for Children’s programs, on-campus housing, and meals.)

Also, we want to express our appreciation to families who have been to ten or more Family Conferences over the years. These more experienced families have been a huge encouragement and great help to new families by coming alongside them at conferences and "showing them the ropes." If your family has been to at least ten conferences, we want to show our gratefulness for your faithfulness by waiving your Family Conference Registration Fee as well!

We realize that with inflation and the economic challenges our nation is facing, some families may be experiencing extra financial pressure. We hope these discounts will be helpful and a blessing to first-time families and veteran families who can take advantage of them.

While fees and registrations help us to cover the cost of a Family Conference, we do not want finances to hinder someone from attending a conference and gaining spiritual refreshment. If these discounts do not apply to you but the lack of finances would keep you from attending, please submit a scholarship request form.
