Dear Families,

An estimated 50 million people viewed the total solar eclipse that occurred last April. Big Sandy, Texas, was in the path of totality, and the celestial event was concurrent with the beginning of our Family Conference.

As we approach the one-year anniversary of the solar eclipse, please enjoy this short, 16-minute powerful video footage captured during the eclipse. As you watch the incredible moment that the clouds parted and conference attendees were able to see the sun entirely eclipsed by the moon, you will hear creation astronomer Spike Psarris narrate the event.

Spike Psarris was a keynote speaker at last year’s conference. When he began his career years earlier as an engineer in the U.S. military space program, he was an atheist and evolutionist. However, when he later left that profession, he was a creationist and Christian, by God’s gracious work in his heart and mind!

In Mr. Psarris’s brief, impactful presentation, he imparts some incredible facts about how the Lord Jesus Christ created and ordained our solar system and galaxies. We invite you to watch this message and be reminded of how the heavens indeed declare the glory of God!
