Dear families,
It’s just three weeks until our final registration deadline for the next Excel class! We, the Excel staff, are very excited for this next class to begin! If you are wondering what Excel is like, why you should come, or why you should send your daughter, then please read on.
Some young ladies come to Excel to go deeper in their walk with the Lord. Others come to learn practical life skills or to round out their high school experience. Some others come because they're looking for a safe place to heal from hurts in their past. Still others come because they’re desiring to enjoy community with Godly young ladies.
As Excel staff, we love all these reasons! If you asked us to share other highlights of what girls experience at Excel, here are some things we would mention.
At Excel, young ladies have the opportunity to: |

Engage with Scripture.
At Excel, we rise early for personal devotions, and then gather for rich times of studying, praying, and singing Scripture as a class. God’s Word is light and life. We believe that when young ladies engage with Scripture, they engage with God. In doing this, they are changed. |

|
Be spiritually refreshed. From work to school to day-to-day routines, we understand that for many, home life can be hectic and hard. Excel is a chance to be spiritually refreshed in an uplifting environment focused on personal discipleship. |

|
Grow in personal disciplines. Excel’s schedule helps young ladies meet daily goals while managing their time with care and excellence. Our daily routines include personal and group devotions, exercise, classes, homework, chores, and free time. |
|
|
Make lifelong memories. From start to finish, Excel classmates enjoy life together, fostering friendships that continue long after class is over! In our free time, we enjoy sing-alongs, hot cocoa, game nights, picnics, and loads of laughter — to name just a few of the fun memories we make together. |

|
Receive loving mentorship. Our dedicated staff is a group of young women who love Jesus. Because we love Him so much, we love inviting younger ladies to pursue Him with us. Whatever challenges a young lady may be experiencing in her life, we desire to come alongside and encourage her to find her purpose, fulfillment, and healing in the Person of Jesus Christ. |

On-Site (Big Sandy, TX) — 5 Weeks January 15 – February 19, 2022 |
|
| Each day you’ll participate in:
- Personal & group devotionals
- Set-aside times to seek the Lord in His Word and in prayer
- Guided discussions with your team & team leader
- Classes in academic topics & life skills training
- Individual project time
- Free time & fellowship

At-Home — 5 Weeks February 20 – March 26, 2022 |
|
| Each week you’ll participate in:
- Discipleship assignments that deepen your devotional life and help you walk more closely with the Lord
- Continuing the camaraderie from Excel as you complete projects with your classmates
- Fellowship through weekly video calls to share praises and prayer requests
- Personal calls with your team leader or Excel staff to encourage you in your day-to-day routines
