Lodging for ALERT Family Camp opens online on Thursday, January 25, at 10 AM CST. The quickest way to reserve your lodging is through this link.
Here are some additional tips to make your reservation process as smooth as possible—
- designate one person to book your site online. Multiple family members trying to book the same site can cause additional confusion, site delays, and split bookings.
- bookings are only available online. Even our customer service staff need to log into the website to assist with site bookings — only our process is more involved and actually takes longer than a guest check out.
- click "show available sites" to see all sites currently available under your preferred campsite type. If you can't book what you love, jump on our waiting list!
- if you don't know how long you'll be able to stay, we'd recommend booking at least Monday–Friday of Camp to ensure other guests don't reserve your site before/after you. We can customize your stay later if needed.
- select the start date and end date, and our booking calendar will fill in the dates between (you do not need to click each individual night).
- if you run into any issues during the reservation process, feel free to text us at 203-460-8812. We will respond as quickly as possible. You can also call us at 903-636-9201, but we may not be able to answer if we are currently assisting other customers.
