Subject: QSO Today Update

Dear Friend,

Since the beginning of the QSO Today podcast, I have made every effort to
bring you a new episode every week. So far I have put up 41 episodes of
QSOs with very interesting and active hams.

As I might have mentioned in the past, I am also a very active participant
in musical theater, here in Jerusalem, where my practice schedule builds to
the opening week. Our show, Guys and Dolls, opens in Jerusalem this week
with nine performances over the next two weeks. I am afraid that the
confluence of the show, the Dayton Hamvention, the holidays here in Israel,
and my parallel work schedule has made it impossible for me to post a new
episode this week.

However, I had an amazing QSO with Carol Milazzo, KP4MD/6, yesterday, whose
interview will be posted next week. Carol has almost 50 years in ham
radio and you will see from the upcoming interview and the show notes, that
Carol's interest in our hobby and her attention to detail makes her an
amazing Elmer.

In the mean time, if you are not in Dayton, and if you have not done so
already, go back to an earlier episode of QSO Today that you have not heard
yet. In addition, I leave you with this video that Carol made, called "An
Insider's Tour of the Arecibo Observatory - 7 July 2011", at this link:
https://goo.gl/Ez3tNb . Carol has lots of videos on her YouTube channel
that you can sample before hearing her on QSO Today next week.

Until next time, 73,

Eric
