Subject: March QSO Expo: Can you help with speakers at the Expo?

Dear Friend,

I need your help, if you are willing. If you have already signed up as a Host or Co-Host, my thanks. You do don't have to keep reading.

The next QSO Today Virtual Ham Expo starts next Friday at 1800 PST. It features almost 90 presentations in 10 virtual auditoriums. While the presentations themselves are pre-recorded, the Q&A is live in front of a live audience using our Airmeet Platform.

I need more than a few more Hosts and Co-Hosts to run the "back stage":  to start the presentation by pressing the "play" button, then after the presentation ends, opening up the stage with the live presenter to take questions and answers. In this capacity, the Host and Co-Host act to field questions from the audience to feed to the presenter.

Each Presentation lasts only one hour. With your help, all of these presentations will run smoothly.

Here is a video that explains how the backstage on Airmeet works: https://www.loom.com/share/fab56131805a4ba38239acedcc536abb

Hosting spots are on a first come first serve basis.  Please include your Name, Callsign, Telephone, and Email address to the right of  the session information where you would like to Host or Co-Host.  Some of the tracks, like FlexRadio and Amateur Space Radio already have hosts assigned.  Please do not write over their spaces.  Once you sign up, we will add you to the platform.  I will contact you about some practice drills.  You can also get your own free Airmeet to practice by going to https://airmeet.com/hub/qsotoday

I will also, with your request to me, re-fund the $10.00 ticket charge, in exchange for your participation as a Host or Co-Host. While it is not much financially, you will contribute to making the QSO Virtual Ham Expo a successful and fun event.

Please sign up on the spreadsheet that I created to be a Host or Co-Host using this ink:

My sincere thanks for helping out.
