Kenny Leon's True Colors Theatre Company presents regional premiere of August Wilson's "How I Learned What I Learned". This is the award winning playwright's final work that has only been produced twice prior to this production at True Colors; in 2003 at Seattle Rep by the playwright himself as he developed the one-man show before his death, and last year at the Tony Award Winning Signature Theater in NYC.

August Wilson is the two time Pulitzer Prize winning author who wrote the Century Cycle - 10 plays each one representing a different decade in the 1900s and depicting the African American experience in the United States post-slavery.
