Party People,

 Due to circumstances beyond our control (E Period and Studio Clout), we have to postpone Sound Check until further notice.  This decision comes after much prayer, meditation, and lamentation.  It is hard to look at the pictures filled with top notch talent, glee in our patrons and the giddy anticipation of the next one and not continue.  However, we will not rush in haste and bring you a half a$$ product not fully developed.  We thank Studio Clout for opening their doors to E Period and we look forward to the long lasting relationship that we have forged with them.  We just have to make sure we are in compliance with the neighborhood and city ordinances before we proceed.  STUDIO CLOUT is a great find!  Please support them as an art gallery and business.  Not to worry, we are going to bring back something there.

So on to my next thing.  We were just talking as down to earth, grown folk about our Fourth of July plans.  And out of nowhere this impromptu, low maintenance, but HIGHLY ORGANIZED event formed.  Hidden Lakes is a BEAUTIFUL and slept on venue.  Check the pics:  www.hiddenlakesevents.com. (Tell them Cocktails and AJ referred you) SO NEXT SATURDAY, JULY 3RD, WE ARE THROWING A B4 the 4th party for family and friends.  Bring your lawn chairs, coolers, games, and festive attitude!  It is going to be a great day!  www.b4the4th.com has all the info.  Rumor also has it that on August 7th there is going to be another event at the same venue involving a Fish Fry and BBQ.  Don't tell anybody.  I know I can count on you :-)
