Popular ‘Authors’ Showcase’ Comes To Atlanta-area in October

(Atlanta, Georgia) – Back by popular demand, the ‘Authors’ Showcase’ will be held at Naya’s Café in Lawrenceville, GA on Saturday, October 22, 2016 from 10:00AM – 2:00PM. Writers of various genre as well as publishing specialists will be providing information on how aspiring and published writers and authors can upgrade their literary work and bring their writing and book dreams from concept to reality. A panel of seven (7) specialists will be covering topics ranging from the foundational principles of writing, to the essentials of publicity, to preparing a “book business plan.”
 
PANELISTS:

“Aspiring authors who participated in our two 2015 Authors’ Showcase events, participants were ignited to take action on their literary dreams. Our Showcase panel of experts provided information ranging from foundational writing principles, to building your book “team”, to planning for an effective book campaign,” conference host Jill-Capri Simms explained.
“Requests to present the Showcase in other states have been steady,” Jill pointed out. “So our 2016 Showcase will take us to Lawrenceville, GA -- right outside Atlanta. This time, however, attendees will receive even more literary diversity, including training on writing spoken word poetry, corporate media publicity, and Christian fiction writing, and engaging the most appropriate publisher.  

“Showcase attendees may also request and receive feedback on a sample of their literary work. Our panelists will be providing more educational insight on writing as well as the techniques on maneuvering through the book publishing business.

“We’re all about writers and authors “birthing” their literary projects -- the right way,” Jill adds. “There’s an added benefit to attend our Showcases; participants will not walk away empty-handed! Our panelists will be providing their valuable information…in writing!”
