Meditation audio & invite to New Moon Journaling Circle tonight
Dealing with darkness and transitioning into light were two of the intentions for yesterday's Wisdom Tea virtual meditation circle.  The FB messages and texts I received after the meditation let me know we had touched on something worth exploring.

Be it a loss, a feeling of fear or heaviness, extreme fatigue or the need to make a change and start anew, tonight's new moon journaling seems the perfect way to deal with darkness and transitions, celebrate and honor this experience.
You are invited (tonight @ 8pm)
If you would like to go deeper with the practice of dealing with the darkness and transitioning into new beginnings, join me for a pop-up (impromptu) new moon virtual journaling and healing circle tonight, Tuesday, 3/28 @ 8pm ET.  We'll gather for 60-75 minutes to enjoy guided meditations and journaling prompts to support you dealing in the darkness and navigating transitions.  Join us by phone or computer.
For now,
Please enjoy this 11 minute audio meditation excerpt  from our retreat - while imagining the cycle of the new moon as it moves from dark to light.
I hope to connect with you for tonight's new moon virtual retreat, or next Monday for our Wisdom Tea.  Bring your journal, your favorite pen, your heart and spirit and join me for an hour of connection, release, balancing and peace.
* Why Free? ♥
Because I love leading retreats, and I being called to bring us together for love and healing.  The intention for this circle grew out of today's Wisdom Tea meditation - if I took time to create a sales page and registration, it wouldn't happen today.

If you resonate with the seasons and moon energy, you'll enjoy being in circle and engaging with journaling prompts to help transition from darkness into light, in your life or business. This is a beautiful, loving and healing experience to share in a safe space, plant seeds, and create a path to new beginnings - without leaving home.  I hope you will gather with us.
