Subject: Seychelles Removed from EU Annex II

Dear Friend,

Please note that the European Council has announced the removal of Seychelles from Annex II (“state of play”) of the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes.

This follows a positive OECD Global Forum assessment regarding Seychelles’ tax information exchange framework, confirming that the jurisdiction has fulfilled its commitments on tax transparency.
