Subject: New login process on KYC Portal

Dear Client,


As you are aware, the KYC Portal incorporates a Multi-Factor Authentication process as part of its secure access control system. Previously, the authentication process could be completed via SMS or an authenticator application.


We would like to inform you that we are transitioning fully to the use of authenticator applications, and SMS will no longer be applicable for accessing the Portal. For your convenience, we have prepared a step-by-step guide.
