The Covid-19 has shaken the foundations of our world and has changed the way in which business is being done. Whilst for many, work-from-home is a novel routine, it was already a reality at ITL since 2013 – our IT infrastructure was built to cater for and support our work-from-home facilities. Since the implementation of a lockdown strategy by the government of Mauritius, our Pandemic Preparedness and Response plan was activated and several operational changes were swiftly implemented. Effective as from Friday 20 March 2020, all our employees have been working from home and over 90% of our active workforce has been connecting on a daily basis, ensuring minimal disruption in our service level.

We have prepared a short video to provide you with a sneak peek into our work-from-home facilities and our new work life… from home.
