Financial Services (Consolidated Licensing and Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2025
Following representations made by Mauritius Finance, please find attached the Financial Services (Consolidated Licensing and Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2025 for your perusal.
The Financial Services (Consolidated Licensing and Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2024 is revoked, and the Amendment Rules 2025 will be in force on 1 July 2025
The lapse of Global Business Licence and lapse of an Authorisation is now changed from 15 days to 6 months, and application for Reinstatement from 15 days to 6 months.
Kindly note that the FATF list of countries under increased monitoring was updated on 13 June 2025. Note that Bolivia and Virgin Islands (UK) has been included in the FATF list.

Standard Bank Client Notice - Tax Payment Deadline via MNS Platform
Standard Bank wishes to inform its clients that the Mauritius Revenue Authority (MRA) has confirmed the due date for various taxes and contributions (excluding the Environment Protection Fee - EPF) payable via the MNS platform as Thursday, 26 June 2025.
To ensure the smooth and timely processing of all foreign currency payments through the MNS platform, clients are kindly requested to submit their payment instructions to the Bank by no later than Tuesday, 24 June 2025.
