Once completed, please send a copy of your duly filled-in form to Payroll Imperium.

🚽 Let’s Talk Toilets (Yes, Again…)
We never thought we would need to write about this again… but here we are. Despite previous reminders, the office toilets are still being, let’s say… creatively misused. 🙈
Just a few highlights from the Hall of Shame:
• 🚫 Unflushed masterpieces
• 🧻 Toilet paper doing its own thing… on the floor
• 🚷 Sanitary items going where they should not
• 💨 Strong odours bravely lingering, untouched by air freshener
Now, we all love a good mystery, but “Who left this mess?” is not the kind of office whodunnit we enjoy.
🔍 Spot checks will begin — yes, we are sending in the toilet detectives.
⚠️ If you're caught misusing the facilities, there will be consequences (and no, it won’t just be side-eyes in the corridor).
Let’s remember: we share these spaces. The cleaning team is here to support us, not to clean up what should have been flushed away. 💧

🧹 Level 1 & 2 deep cleaning - Saturday 9th August 2025
A general office cleaning is scheduled on Saturday 9th Aug from 8:30 a.m. on Level 1 & 2.
To help the team carry out a thorough clean (carpet shampooing, floor and desk cleaning, screens, windows, etc.), please:
👉 Clear and tidy your desk
👉 Remove all documents and boxes from under/around your workspace
👉 Remove any fragile items from your table
