¡Hola Friend!

We were actually planning to kick off spring in Mojácar with a cheerful little update after weeks of radio silence – and just like that, Easter’s already come and gone. Time really does fly …

Of course, we haven’t been twiddling our thumbs – as always, there’s been quite a bit happening here at the Cortijo.

We’re absolutely delighted that more and more guests are choosing to spend the winter with us. And the weather? Didn’t let us down this year either. Slowly but surely, our Cortijo is turning into a year-round destination – warm enough, and the colours… simply stunning! A big thank you to everyone who joined us and made winter so special.

Now spring is in full swing – and it brings some brilliant news: In the weeks leading up to Easter, we finally had some proper rain! Nature is now bursting into colour, the birds are singing their hearts out, the frogs are putting on their evening concerts, and the sun seems to shine a little brighter every day. We celebrated every drop – and now we’re celebrating spring!

Our new apartment “Sunrise” is ready!

The first guests moved in at the beginning of April and are busy giving it a proper test run. In May, our good friend Sascha is stopping by to give the place the photo treatment it deserves – so you’ll be seeing proper pictures very soon.
