2020 is proving to be an unpredictable year, and the Toronto Real Estate Market is certainly no exception to that sentiment.

October sales statistics are breaking records over past October sales, a month that is traditionally very strong for real estate activity already. However, this year, with the entire sales cycle pushed off-schedule with the earlier shut down of the city back in March/April/May, historically low interest rates, continuous low inventory, and the need for homeowners to adjust to new lifestyle requirements for their homes (ie. Office/home-learning spaces), the freehold market still continues to defy the odds. The condo market, particularly in downtown high rises, is a completely different story.
