Now that the GTA is in stage 3 of re-opening and the state of emergency has been lifted, people are starting to resume some of their former favourite activities. It’s been nice to see that many Torontonians have turned their inability to travel abroad this summer into an opportunity to explore great spots within Ontario.

However, even though many of you are busy enjoying July’s sunny days, many others have been buying and selling real estate in Toronto, nearly setting new real estate records on a number of stats! While this may be surprising to hear, you need to understand the context behind the numbers that were recently reported by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board.
