Ahmed leads the TMT group at Sharkawy & Sarhan. Ahmed works with major financial institutions and technology companies. 
He advises companies on complex commercial and regulatory projects, digital payments, cloud computing, ride hailing, data privacy and security, artificial intelligence, E-signature and mergers and acquisitions in the TMT sector.
Prior to co-founding Sharkawy & Sarhan, Ahmed worked as an in-house counsel first with a major industrial group and subsequently as the Country Legal Counsel for Citigroup in Egypt.
Nicholai Pfeiffer

Nicholai has 20+ years of experience in the technology and telecommunications industries. He has a successful track record of managing global legal & privacy teams as well as complex large-scale projects. 
He most recently served 5 years as Group Privacy Officer of Telenor Group, where he successfully led one of largest GDPR-projects in Scandinavia. Nicholai has extensive experience with implementation of privacy management programs in global organisations.
Nicholai holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Copenhagen.

Dale Waterman
Partner
White Label Consultancy

Dale has 20 years of experience in the technology industry as a corporate attorney and regulatory affairs professional. He recently served as the Industry Digital Transfor­mation lead for Microsoft for the Middle East and Africa. Dale helps organizations implement digital transformation objectives by managing legal and regulatory challenges for emerging digital enablers like cloud computing, IoT and AI, with a principal focus on privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, governance and compliance.
Dale holds BA and LLB degrees from Rhodes University in South Africa.
