Described as “an unholy hybrid of the highbrow and the high-octane with musical references of rock, R&B, and even classical,” Gravel offers a spectacle to savor. Accompanied by nine supercharged dancers and two musicians, Gravel will electrify the audience with this relevant, sexy and energetic performance.
Montreal-based Gravel is a rising star in the international dance scene who strives “to bring a little light to the world” and to stimulate conversation and reflection. In Some Hope for the Bastards, he seeks to lift the audience above the twenty-four hour news cycle and impulsive social media scrolling that leaves us feeling hopeless despite being more informed than ever.
