A new downtown Bridgeport gallery opens Saturday with an exhibition of 16 local artists in celebration of the revived Bridgeport Arts & Cultural Council (BACC). Music on the Hill presents performances of  music ranging from Grieg and Sibelius to folk melodies and a choral Sakkijarven Polkka, including new works by the Norwegian Kim André Arnesen, and the Swedish composer Mårten Jansson.
