“My salvation comes from me” can sound like a big spiritual statement at first. But when you let it become practical, it begins to change the way you look at peace, happiness, and where you think healing comes from.
In A Course in Miracles, salvation can be understood as peace, forgiveness, innocence, and happiness. So this lesson is not pointing you toward some outside rescue. It is pointing you back to the mind and asking you to consider that what you are seeking may not be outside you at all.
That is what makes this idea so helpful. Instead of waiting for other people to change, circumstances to improve, or life to finally settle down, you begin to question the belief that peace depends on any of those things.
This teaching opens the door to a very different kind of freedom. It invites you to notice how often you look outside yourself for relief, and how gently you can begin to bring your attention back within.
As you sit with this teaching, you may find that real change comes through steady practice, shared reflection, and a place to keep returning when old patterns come up. That is what the Annual Membership offers. These member-only resources include live gatherings, weekly Study Guide Journals, unlisted ACIM playlists, the Language of Love Glossary, and exclusive workshops to support you in applying the Course and experiencing more peace now.
