Hello Mighty Companions,

You ever feel like your brain is streaming a full-blown horror movie... and you're the star, the director, and the only one watching? 🎬

Here’s the kicker: most of the time, you’re not reacting to reality — you’re reacting to a story your mind made up. And A Course in Miracles gently (and sometimes not so gently) reminds us: that the story usually isn’t true.

This week, we’ll keep practicing what it means to see clearly, to think with love, and to let the Holy Spirit direct the scene instead of our fear. You don’t need to fix yourself — just be willing to see things differently.
