Hello, My Mighty Companion,

Here we are — the final quarter of the year.

For some of us, that’s exciting. For others, it’s overwhelming. Either way, it’s real. And whether you feel behind, off track, or unsure where the year went, I want you to hear me when I say: It’s not too late to choose peace.

This isn’t about forcing yourself to be spiritual. It’s not about pretending things are okay when they’re not. Libra season isn’t here to make everything pretty — it’s here to show you where your balance is off and where you’re still trying to control things instead of seeing them differently.

This week we’re practicing one of the most straight-up Course ideas there is:
“I could see peace instead of this.” (Lesson 34)

That means whatever you’re upset about, whatever you’re judging, whatever you’re fighting — there’s another way to see it. And if you’ve got five minutes to stress about it, you’ve got five minutes to choose peace instead.

I want to thank every one of you who’s been walking with me this year — through the changes, the healing, the pause, and the prayers. Your support has made space for something new to grow. And that’s why I created the Mighty Companions Community — for people who want to stop rehearsing fear and actually practice peace, together.

Overcome the Insanity and Fear in Your Mind, Choose Peace Instead
Most people don’t feel peaceful right now. The world feels chaotic, uncertain, and more than a little overwhelming. Whether it’s fear about money, frustration in a relationship, or just the stress of trying to keep it together, it can feel like peace is something far away—something you’ll get to when life finally cooperates. But A Course in Miracles says that peace doesn’t come from the outside. It comes from within. Lesson 34 reminds us of this with one powerful line: “I could see peace instead of this.”

That’s the practice. Not just the idea, but the practice. And it doesn’t take long. If you’ve got five minutes to complain, you’ve got five minutes to practice peace. That line might sound bold, but it’s true. Most of us are giving five minutes—and usually much more—to rehearsing fear, repeating grievances, and reinforcing old stories. What would happen if you gave those same five minutes to your peace?

🌿 Astrology Check-In: Libra Season Challenges You to Want Peace Enough to Choose It

With the sun in Libra from September 22 to October 22, we’re officially in a season that puts relationships, perception, and balance under the spotlight. But Libra doesn’t guarantee peace. It just really wants it. And in its shadow, that desire can turn into conflict avoidance, people-pleasing, or choosing comfort over truth. This is exactly where A Course in Miracles becomes a spiritual intervention. The Course reminds us that real peace doesn't come from keeping things nice on the outside. It comes from a shift in perception on the inside.

This week’s lesson, “I could see peace instead of this,” is a direct challenge to Libra’s habit of seeking harmony through external agreement. The Course asks you to go deeper. When something feels unfair or triggering in your relationships, you’re not being asked to overlook it. You’re being asked to see it differently. Libra season is not about pretending things are fine. It’s about being willing to look honestly, choose again, and let a true sense of inner balance replace the ego’s need to be right or stay comfortable. That’s what choosing peace really means.
