Immediate Action Required by YOU!

Hi Friend,

OWLT relies on donations and grant funding for land conservation and stewardship activities. Essential grant support comes from the Knowles- Nelson Stewardship Program. This funding has supported many OWLT conservation efforts, including the current initiative to protect the gem on the Lake Michigan shoreline, Cedar Gorge Clay Bluffs Natural Area!

Support Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Program

The current 2021 Wisconsin State budget proposal includes a 10-year reauthorization of the Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Program at $70 million per year. This long-term funding commitment to support land conservation is essential to support the OWLT mission.

Right now the budget process is in the hands of state legislators, awaiting their decision. This is where YOUR ACTION is required!
