We often receive questions about exactly "how to fast."

The fact is that there are a variety of ways to fast and things to fast from. It all depends on where you are on the fasting scale.  Now, I'm not referring to an actual scale, I'm referring to how long you have been fasting and at what level.

The important thing is to fast and to fast out of love. We fast with love in reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary and for the conversion of sinners. If we keep this in mind our fasting will be sweet!
