Most Reverand Joseph Roesch, MIC Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception | | | A native of Staten Island, New York, Fr. Joe Roesch, MIC, was elected to leave Stockbridge and go to Rome as a General Councilor in 2005. His duties included assisting the Superior General, visiting Marians in various countries, publishing a Newsletter, studying, and exploring possibilities for future missions. During the General Chapter meeting in Rome in February 2023, he was elected the 40th Superior General of the Marian Congregation, becoming a successor of our Founder, St. Stanislaus Papczynski and of the Renovator of the Congregation, Blessed George Matulaitis-Matulewicz, the 27th Superior General. He will hold this new office for the next six years. Please help us welcome our Marian leader to our program. We are blessed to have him share his insights and pray with us during this novena. |
