Malaysia lawsuit for teen diver death

The family of 13-year-old Nathen Chesters, who died in the arms of his father after drifting at sea for three days, are suing the Malaysian resort where they were diving for negligence, in the hope it will pressure the government to improve dive safety.

Red Sea liveaboard sinks

A popular Red Sea liveaboard carrying 24 French divers has sunk after striking coral reefs near Marsa Alam; no injuries have been reported.
