Yes, you should count calories. But before you ever do that, you should know what they are and how to count them PROPERLY!

Otherwise, counting calories won't help you.

What helps you is your ability to burn calories. And to do that, you need to follow the 4 diet principles of Hormone Intelligence Therapy (HIT).


Everybody wants to talk about calories. How many should I eat? How many should I burn?


But that's actually the wrong place to start.


A calorie is simply a unit of energy that your body uses to stay alive, think, move, exercise, and recover. If you're fat, it's because you ate too many calories and ruined your ability to burn them! Scary spot to be in! Thermo FX fixes that!


The better question is: Where are your calories coming from? Because not all calories affect your body the same way.

Here's what most people miss: calories are not just about weight loss. They're about muscle building too! They're about hormones, hunger, energy, and fat storage.


A person eating 1,500 calories from real food will often have better results than someone eating 500 calories from processed foods because their hormones are working properly.
