When was the last time you did a headstand?

Wednesday night was my first day back at the local gym. It was fascinating to watch two men encouraging and helping each other to do headstands.

I started reminiscing to my physically aspirations at the start of 2020. I only had a taste of yoga for a short time when I set up the Mummy & Me Health Club in January.

Unfortunately, due to the events of this year my yoga practice didn't continue. I would like to get started again. Headstands are definitely out of physical ability at the moment.

However, it's never too late to aim to try something new!
