Simply use a segment from a PLR book or report that you own the rights to as the content for a free webinar.
You don't have to deliver a pitch at the end if your primary focus is to collect targeted leads, but you could easily sell the full PLR product at the end of your presentation if you wanted to.
Your pitch at the end could be as simple as:
"Thanks for joining me today, if you want to dig deeper into this (whatever topic it is) then check out ....."
