Should I count calories?


Short answer: No.


A calorie is just a measure of energy in food.


And for most people trying to actually live longer and healthier, counting calories is a mistake—especially early on.

If you're overweight, if you eat sugar, if you're taking meds, and if you're weak as hell at exercising, that means your biology is still compromised!
