Last August you registered for our webinar, Strengthening Facilitation Skills: A Training Curriculum for Programs Working with Youth. During that presentation people asked if they could be directly trained in it. You asked…we listened!!! 


The Dibble Institute is pleased to invite you to Up Your Game! Essential Skills for Great Facilitators,” a dynamic 1.5-day training experience designed to elevate your team’s facilitation prowess. Learn how to:

  • captivate both youth and adult participants,

  • enhance engagement, and

  • maximize learning outcomes.

Led by Scott Roby, an expert in participant-centered and trauma-informed facilitation, this workshop for only 25 people (we wanted to give YOU the first chance to sign up) delves into proven techniques to meet the diverse needs of your audiences. 


The “Up Your Game” training is being held on June 26 and 27 after the National Alliance for Relationship and Marriage Education (NARME) conference. You can register for both the NARME conference and the “Up Your Game” training or just the training. In either case, participants can take advantage of the low conference hotel room rates.


This training equips you to deliver the Strengthening Facilitation Skills train the trainer curriculum developed for the Administration for Children and under contract to Mathematica and Public Strategies.


When: June 26 – 1 to 5 PM, and June 27 – 8 AM – 4 PM


Where: Oklahoma City


Cost: $330 registration includes the 1.5 day training plus facilitation manual and supplemental materials (at cost).
