Dallas Fort Worth SRF Election Results

The annual group election results have been approved by Center Dept. 
You can find the approved members and their respective positions listed on the letter posted on the bulletin board in our front room or available on request.
February Kirtan and Potluck Social 

The first of our semi-annual Kirtan and Potluck Socials will be held on February 13, 2016, starting at 6:00 pm.

This Kirtan consists of devotional group chanting led by our Kirtan group followed by periods of meditation.

Following the Kirtan we will have one of our favorite Potluck social events where we will share vegetarian food the devotees bring. Everyone is welcome.
May Center Department Monastic Visit in DFW

 The DFW Meditation Group will be having a Center Visit for the weekend of May 28-29, 2016 which will focus on group activities. The two Brahmacharis we will host will be Br. Wolfgang and Br. Lynn. They will arrive on Thursday, May 26 and activities will begin on Friday, May 27th. A detailed schedule of events is in the planning stage.

This will be a visit with inspirational classes and a center workshop. They will be giving our Sunday services on Sunday, May 29th. We will have socials and plenty of time to interact with them.
October SRF Youth Retreats in North Texas

Our DFW area will be honored to host a boy’s and girl’s youth retreat at the home of Ms. Lynn Meyer at Lake Texoma. This beautiful setting has captured the attention and interest of Mother Center and has been the site of the DFW group's Spring and Fall retreats for many years. We have a map to the location on our website.

The dates for these one day SRF youth retreats are: 
Saturday, October, 8th, Youth and Teen Day for girls, given by SRF Nuns
Saturday, October 15th,Youth and Teen Day for boys, given by SRF Monks.

These will be regional retreats including the states around us. Details regarding these 2016 events are still being finalized. The dates for this year's SRF Youth Programs have been published in the latest Self-Realization Fellowship eNewsletter.

Our DFW group will host the monastics from one of the Saturday Youth and Teen Day Retreats for our Sunday services.

SRF has a new and beautiful interactive 2016 Online eCatalog.  Clicking on an item takes you directly to the SRF Bookstore to purchase it. Or you can find what you are looking for and purchase it in our Bookroom. Not every item in the catalog is available in our bookroom, such as devotional jewelry.
