"Lo, I am With You Always"
The Resurrection of Jesus, and His Ever-Living Presence

The whole drama of Jesus' life was a testament to the supremacy of man's spirit over matter. He had willingly incarnated in a human form, partaking of its inherent limitations to show matter-bound souls the way to conquer every form of delusion imposed on them by the overreaching power of Cosmic Satan. Jesus' resurrection demonstrated the consummation of that victory: "The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death." 1 Corinthians 15:26

INTUITION

"Intuition is the discriminative faculty that enables you to decide which of two lines of reasoning is right. Perfect intuition makes you a master of all knowledge. Your will and intuition should go hand in hand. A person with a strong will usually has an active intuitional power. You should develop the latent intuitive faculty; it can grow only through meditation. Do not make unimportant things important, nor concentrate on trifles at the expense of vital matters, or you will hamper your progress. Impulsive actions that are not in keeping with one's real duties are undesirable. Let soul intuition guide your thinking, and then proceed confidently in any undertaking."

Self-Realization Fellowship Lessons

The SRF Lessons are a transmission of sacred knowledge that will uplift and transform all aspects of your life: a progressive, home-study program teaching meditation techniques and the essence of spirituality handed down through a renowned lineage of yoga masters — Mahavatar Babaji, Lahiri Mahasaya, Swami Sri Yukteswar, and Paramahansa Yogananda — and available to you.

The new supplemental lessons are available to students who have already completed the basic series of SRF lessons.

This wonderful 5 part video series was created for the SRF Youth Services Department but you will find that it can be enjoyed by all ages.

SRF wants you to know that this immersion in Yogananda’s teachings continues to be available to you — whether you are enjoying what Convocation offers again or are experiencing it for the first time.

Please note that the Convocation classes on the SRF meditation techniques can only be viewed by students of the SRF Lessons.  Learn more about the SRF Lessons here.

May the 2020 Convocation be for you a source of continuing inspiration and lasting blessings.

Encouraging Our Members to Stay Involved At This Time

During this unusual time of necessary social distancing, we want to ensure we are reaching all of the Dallas Fort Worth Self-Realization Fellowship devotees to make you aware of, and encourage you, to make use of the methods of fellowship that we do have available. Master considered divine friendship among devotees and friends very important, and we want to engender as much of a sense of support and fellowship as we are able during these times.

With the goal of maintaining divine fellowship while our Chapel remains closed, our group now has informal Zoom Fellowship meetings most Sundays at 11am. We try to have one special meeting a month more organized with a theme. The meetings are well attended and have a focus on compassionate harmony among the participants, uplifting stories, or short readings from Self-Realization Fellowship publications, as well as offering support to those in need. If you would like to be included in these Zoom meetings please email to: connect@srfdallasfortworth.org

We also have Zoom meetings with a weekly informal Kirtan on Saturdays at  9-10:30 am. If you would like to be included in these Zoom meetings, please email to: connect@srfdallasfortworth.org
You will be emailed a link to join us with Zoom.

And we have one more opportunity if you would like to join us. We have an informal WhatsApp group started by members of our Managing Council for our DFW-SRF Meditation Group. To join, please install WhatsApp on your device, and use the link: https://chat.whatsapp.com/ItsAFW1n7DZ1TIVe6GCFhJ. We hope you will join us in this fellowship.

DFW-SRF Building Fund

We are pleased to report the new DFW-SRF Building Fund total, as of the end of February, is $510,457.47.

The building fund exists for the purpose of allowing our group to have a permanent Chapel when the time is right. We now have the task of selecting a new amount for a future goal. We realize that it will take more than our current building fund to obtain a new permanent Chapel. We would like to encourage those who can contribute, comfortably, to our building fund to do so. A donation of any amount will be gratefully accepted.

Our building fund is held in an account for us by Self-Realization Fellowship.
Gifts to this fund are tax exempt.

Thank you all for your continued generosity and sponsorship of the Dallas Fort Worth Group’s Chapel Project.
