"This institution is going to exemplify for you the means of living life according to the highest spiritual standards. Everybody must be taught to understand the “how-to-live” principles by which they shall automatically be happy. To be spiritual is to be happy; and those who are not spiritual are never lastingly happy. That is why this institution will vibrate this thought. My body might go, but this wish of mine will ever vibrate here — there shall be an invisible vibration that ceaselessly broadcasts: “Come! Come! Come, everybody! Those that are sorrowful, those that are sick, those that are lost in darkness, be healed of physical, mental, and spiritual sickness!”


 October 25th, 2025 marks the 100th anniversary of Paramahansa Yogananda’s dedication of the international headquarters of Self-Realization Fellowship.

Fall Lake Texoma Retreat

10 am - 5 pm Saturday, November 8th, 2025


Twice a year we come together for this enjoyable time of spiritual inspiration, recharging, and fellowship at the home of Ms. Lynn Meyer on the beautiful shores of Lake Texoma.


All information about the retreat and directions.


We need attendance numbers for food preparation and setup. If you will be able to attend, please send us the number in your party by Sunday, November 2nd.

Service Times Dallas Fort Worth Meditation Group

 

Group meditation is a castle that protects the new spiritual aspirants as well as the veteran meditators. Meditating together increases the degree of Self-realization of each member of the group by the law of invisible vibratory exchange of group magnetism.

Saturday 3-Hour Meditation Service

9 am to 12 pm Noon


This service will begin with a prayer, inspirational reading and a chant. Periods of meditation will be broken on the hour with chanting. We will be practicing the SRF Healing Technique at the end of the service.

 

Please enter and exit, and use the rest rooms during chants so as not to disturb others.

Wednesday Online Zoom Group Meditation

 

Please join our Dallas Fort Worth SRF Meditation Group online on Wednesday evenings for Zoom Group Meditation and Energization Exercises.

 Time: 7pm - 8.30pm.

 

7pm - 7.15 pm Energization Exercises

7.20pm -8.30 Group Meditation with Inspirational-reading, Chants , Meditation and Healing Service .
