Registration is now open for the Cultural Performances during Ganesh Nimajjan Celebrations!

ICCT warmly invites all regions of India to showcase their rich traditions and talents on stage through vibrant cultural performances at Ganesh Nimajjan 2025! From classical dances to folk music, Ganesh theme music with traditional art forms, this is your chance to shine and share your talents with the community.

Please join us with your family and friends to experience a to celebrate diversity through music, dance, and artistic expressions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to represent your culture on a grand stage and be part of a truly global celebration of unity and joy.

Performance slots are limited and will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, so sign up now and let your talent shine!

Date: Saturday, August 30th between 12:00 pm and 7:00 pm.

Venue: India Cultural Center and Temple, 12005 Hwy 64, Eads, TN 38028

Prior registration is required!

Information and Guidelines:

1. Pre-registration is required for stage performances. Walk-ins are NOT allowed for stage performance.

2. All performances should have a minimum of 6 up to 10 participants of age 13 and above

3. Songs and Lyrics for the performance must be family friendly, and present their culture and heritage in dignified manner

4. Ganesha theme songs and performances are encouraged but not mandatory

5. Duration of the performance must NOT exceed 6 minutes

6. Send your digital audio file to culturals@icctmemphis.org before audition deadline (Friday, Aug 22nd 2025).

7. Auditions will be held on August 23rd between 2:00 and 4:00 PM.

8. All participants should have proper attire during performance

9. All performers must follow guidelines issued by the ICCT

10. ICCT reserves the right to cancel/stop any performance if it finds the performance not appropriate

11. We will contact you once your registration is approved.

Monday to Friday: Morning: 8 am - 12 pm and Evening: 5 pm - 8 pm
