Greetings!

 

I hope you are having a beautiful holiday season! While you are likely focusing on the happiness of others, I hope you are giving yourself the care you need.


I wanted to reach out and remind you that although you may have completed "Feel Better in Your Body Free 7 Day Challenge" months ago, your access never expires! So, if you are looking for a way to relax, manage your stress, and treat yourself to a few minutes a day that are just for you, you can always restart the course (or pick and choose from modules you liked).


I am working on several offerings for 2021, including short (90-120 minute) and longer (multi session) online courses on better sleep and stress management, as well as a 3 night all inclusive retreat June 3-6, 2021 at Winter Clove Inn in the Catskill Mountains of New York.
