Subject: 🇺🇸 CA Jail Outreach Monthly Newsletter - Inspiring Change, May Edition, Volume 5

We added a map of all the people we have helped, including inmates and their families. Check it out!

We've had an incredible month! We’re excited to share some blessings and upcoming projects with you. Look at the map showing where we’re impacting, including support for inmates and their families.

Jail Outreach Efforts Show Promising Start to the Year

Our dedicated jail outreach team worked hard during the first four months of the year, connecting with individuals and families impacted by incarceration. From January through April, the team sent 203 emails and conducted 73 video conferences, ensuring consistent communication and support.

In-person efforts have also been a key component, with 19 visits to jails and 25 instances of family visits or help facilitated. Furthermore, our commitment to spiritual guidance is reflected in the 9 inmates who participated in discipleship programs, leading to 26 reported salvations.

These figures represent a strong start to our outreach goals for the year, and we look forward to continuing this vital work in the coming months. Here’s how we are achieving our goals and a glimpse of what we are working on: See below

Please keep us in your prayers, and we will keep you in ours.

Our Newest Chaplain

Chaplin Brian Darden

Chaplain Brian Darden is a dedicated individual who balances multiple roles in his life, serving as an educator, a devoted husband, and a loving father. Central to his existence is a profound joy derived from his ministry work, where he feels particularly called to support individuals within the jail system and their often-overlooked families. This commitment to serving others is a cornerstone of his personal and professional life.

Academically, Chaplain Darden has pursued knowledge that aligns with his service-oriented career. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Chico State in 2010. This broad-based liberal arts education likely equipped him with a diverse understanding of human behavior, societal issues, and critical thinking skills—invaluable assets in education and chaplaincy. Furthering his commitment to education, he recently achieved a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction

We have been actively serving the Lord and helping others, and we are grateful for the many blessings we have experienced. I want to share that we are on a positive path, utilizing technology to assist those in need. The first graph showcases this year’s year-to-date (YTD) statistics. It highlights our progress and the impact of our outreach efforts so far.

You will also see a picture with blue stripes, illustrating how an individual found our contact number through an internet search and called us with a voice message. We are currently working with him to fulfill his request.

Our Vision And The Path Ahead On The E-Book

We are refining Chapter 3, "GROWTH: Helping Your Toddler Learn," and Chapter 4, "GROWTH: The Hidden Power of Organizational Titles." I'm also diving into Chapter 5, "GROWTH: How to Lead When You're Not in Charge." The latest chapter is Chapter 6: "GROWTH: Claiming Ownership of an Idea." This chapter focuses on taking initiative and responsibility for your ideas personally and professionally.

Chapter 1: "GROWTH: Your Simple Guide to Growing â€“ Tips for Organizations, Churches, and Businesses." The e-book is out, along with the audio. You can claim your free e-book or audio by going to www.cajailoutreach.store.

Chapter 2: "GROWTH: 5 Chairs, Strength Forged in Each Chair." This is a New Blog Post: Unlock Potential with the 5 Chairs base system! This strategy is designed to help churches enhance mentorship and foster growth for the church and individuals. It also enables leaders to build trust, organizations to improve teamwork, and businesses to drive tangible results. This simple framework serves as a powerful guide for development.

This excerpt from Chapter 2 of "GROWTH: 5 Chairs, Strength Forged in Each Chair" dives into:

✨ The practical "Crawl, Walk, Run" method.

✨ Application across Administration, Technical, and Ministry teams (see how each "Chair" builds strength!).

✨ The vital "Promise Keeper" principle for achieving success.

✨ A special "5-Chair Energy Boost" for leaders to shift from fixing to coaching, recharge, gain clarity, renew drive, and celebrate wins!

We hope the principles discussed are already sparking new perspectives. Keep embracing the journey, keep learning, and keep growing! We're excited to share more with you soon. Don't miss out on these insights! Read more: Click Here.
